Boga & Associates’ Newsletter issue 03/15 gives insights on the recent amendments to the Labor Code. This is the most important amendment of the Labor Code since 2003. It aims to harmonize the Albanian legal labor framework with the acquis communautaire and respond to best practices in this field.
The new provisions will be effective by 22nd of June 2016.
