Fully aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law Enforcement Directive, these instructions establish the practical rules governing the processing of personal data across key sectors, including healthcare, education, direct marketing, video surveillance, law enforcement, and certification mechanisms.
