TAK Mandates E-Fiscalization of Tax Blocks | Kosovo

We are pleased to share our latest Tax Alert, highlighting Guide No. 01/2025 approved by the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK), which mandates the electronic fiscalization of tax blocks through the EDI system, effective 21 July 2025.

The Guide sets out the procedures and technical requirements applicable in cases where taxpayers are not equipped with electronic fiscal devices, during temporary malfunctions, or throughout the transitional period prior to the full implementation of Electronic Fiscal Software (EFS). It also introduces the use of a Unique Tax Block Code for compliance purposes.
