New minimum salary in Kosovo

We are pleased to share our latest Tax Alert on Kosovo’s new national minimum wage.

Decision No. 10/273, issued by the Government of Kosovo on 31 October 2025, sets the minimum wage at:
• EUR 2.50 per hour (EUR 425/month), effective 1 January 2026
• EUR 3.00 per hour (EUR 500/month), effective 1 July 2026

This replaces the previous decision of August 2024 and marks an important update for employers and employees regarding wage compliance.
