On Industrial Property

On August 6, 2026, Law No. 88/2026 amending the Law “On Industrial Property” was published in the Official Gazette.

The Law strengthens the protection and enforcement of trade secrets in Albania and fully aligns the national framework with Directive (EU) 2016/943.
